He has worked in Software Services, Consulting, Global Delivery, Hi-Tech and Financial Services Industries. Iyer co-founded SecondFoundation.Inc. a Global Services company acquired by Fidelity Information Services(FIS) in 2007.

He received his MBA from Cal State University, B.S. from Punjab Eng College, Chandigarh.

Pradeep Bakshi is a Senior Executive with 20+ years experience in founding and growing startup businesses and building long-term relationships. Bakshi founded multiple successful companies - Second Foundation, Foundation3 and Trantor.

Bakshi has worked in Software Services, Consulting, Global Delivery, Hi-Tech, Manufacturing. Logistics and Financial Services Industries. He co-founded SecondFoundation.Inc. a Global Services company acquired by Fidelity Information Services(FIS) in 2007.

Bakshi received his Masters in Engineering Management from Stanford, B.S. from Punjab Eng College, Chandigarh.

Rajat Julka is serving as Director - India Delivery Center at Trantor’s India office. He has more than 15 years of work experience in Software consulting services and has held key management positions in the Software development division of organizations specializing in global delivery model.

Rajat has extensive exposure in delivering software consulting to Retail, Real Estate, HealthCare, Financial and Insurance sectors. Prior to Trantor, Rajat has held key management positions at IT BY DESIGN, FIS, and SmartData Enterprises.

A Post Graduate in Computer Applications from PTU. Professional industry centric certifications: GNIIT, TQM, Lean Six Sigma - GB, PMP, HFI & Certified Scrum Master

Suresh Mathai is a senior management executive with a deep and extensive background and expertise in direct marketing/advertising as well as software/ technology.

His broad experience ranges from start-ups to multinational corporations in the US and the Asia Pacific region. He co-founded, built and sold two technology companies, and has worked as President/CEO of two multinational companies that he built into formidable operations in the Asia Pacific region.

He currently serves on the Board of Directors of the DMA (Direct Marketing Association), and is also the Chief Solutions Architect/CEO at ContinuumGlobal, Inc., a San Francisco based digital product and marketing strategy firm.
